Premier Inn London Chiswick hotel

Great location for getting round London and great price, bus stop just outside takes you to Hammersmith, 10 min walk to tube station. Really good soundproofing as we were overlooking the roundabout and had no traffic noise through windows, didn't even hear sirens from police/ambulance passing by. And convenient parking on site, will stay here again in future

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn London Chiswick. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Sisay at breakfast.She was amazing with the kids, so friendly and patient, and really made our mornings enjoyable. We would happily stay again! ⭐

As a disabled person It's always hard when travelling, especially with a wheelchair and a walking frame and a plethora of other pieces of equipment. My brother lives just around the corner so the hotel is incredibly convenient as unfortunately I can't stay with him due to my needs. It's just not practical so this place is great. The staff are incredibly polite and obliging allowing me to walk through the restaurant to my room as to save me walking all the way around. Is it a five-star experience? In terms of what you get for the money? yes! but is it a five-star hotel?. No, it's a budget hotel so you have to go into these things with a realistic expectation. My only minor niggle is that the internet is slow and you have to pay £5 a day for premium internet if you want to watch TV. You can just about get away with a fire stick on the slower internet but if I was working I'd really struggle with those speeds forcing you to pay the £5. Other than that, it's a great hotel. The staff were incredibly polite throughout, which is particularly surprising over Christmas. As I'm sure they'd rather be anywhere but work. I know I'd feel the same in their situation, but they weren't. They were polite, obliging it and overall incredibly positive. When it comes to hotels you get what you pay for and for the money I paid I'm more than satisfied. I'm always sad to leave a Travelodge as I don't currently have an accessible bathroom ( fingers crossed it'll be happening soon) so it's always a bit of a treat for me to have a flat bathroom with plenty of grab rails and a seat. It makes my life so much easier. It would also be nice if the air conditioning stayed on overnight. It tends to turn off, which I would imagine would be incredibly frustrating during the summer months. As someone who sleeps hot even in winter it was slightly annoying for me. Though I did ask just for a blanket cover and they obliged which was absolutely fine. See you in the spring, Travelodge chiswick!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank-you to Smriti in the restaurant—her warm, attentive, and professional service truly stood out. She took great care of us throughout our stay. We also appreciated the excellent housekeeping; Florentine kept our room spotless and made us feel right at home. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended!

Easy to spot - is that the northern lights? No its the premier inn. Check in simple and speedy. Room clean, just what we needed. Breakfast great - Sisay was amazing! She was super welcoming and kind, enabling us to sit together without anybody asking, really made the kids feel at ease and able to serve themselves, making the whole experience relaxing for the everyone in our large group.

Room was good. Check in was easy. By far the best bit was breakfast Sisay was absolutely amazing. She was running breakfast by herself and killing it. She wasn't intrusive but cleared away promptly. She made us feel very welcome and created a lovely environment. Definitely deserves a raise.

Probably the best Premier Inn within the M25. Modern hotel. Secure Car Park. Good sized bedrooms. well maintained. Staff very friendly and professional. I now chose this Premier Inn whilst staying away in London rather than one closer to central London due to the above and easy access to the City. Would recommend to anyone

We really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Chiswick — just me and my 9-year-old daughter. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and we both slept extremely well. The Full Monty breakfast was excellent and outstanding value for money. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We had a small issue with our digital key, but it was sorted out quickly and professionally. Overall, a great stay — thank you!
